Purchase on account
You will receive your invoice together with the shipment and you can pay by bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.

PayPal
You can make secure cashless payments via PayPal.
Please create a PayPal account by providing PayPal with your banking or credit card details. This way, you won’t be required to enter your details again for every subsequent transaction. You can then pay simply by entering your e-mail and password.
You will not be charged until you have received the shipment.
In case of a return, the value of the products will be credited to your PayPal account.

Credit card
You can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept both MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
We are able to guarantee maximum security thanks to highly advanced encryption techniques such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and 3D Secure protection. All order and credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form only.
Security when paying with credit cards:
European guidelines have changed to ensure maximum customer protection when paying with credit cards online:
You will be required to verify your identity via 3D Secure for any order placed after 14 September 2019. The exact process depends on the type of credit card (Visa Secure or MasterCard Identity Check).
You may have already been asked to verify your identity via 3D Secure during past online payment processes. However, the new regulations add another process to improve security and make authentication easier. Please contact your bank for additional information.
Your credit card will not be charged until you have received the shipment.
In case of a return, the value of the products will be credited to the credit card originally used for payment.

Payment in advance
When paying in advance, you’ll be required to transfer the payment amount within seven calendar days. Your products are reserved for you during this period. The payment amount consists of both the price of the products and any applicable shipment and service costs.
Please enter all necessary information in the reference box on the transfer form, as shown during the final stage of checkout, to ensure your order can be allocated quickly and correctly.

Shipment within Germany
 

We charge a flat rate of €5.00 per order within Germany. This charge is not applied to orders worth €150.00 or more which are shipped within Germany. There may be exceptions, which are clearly marked. Please note the shipping information in the product descriptions.

If you find the packaging of one of our shipments ripped or torn, this may be an indicator that some of your ordered items have not made it to you. You will receive a “delivery form” upon receiving your shipment – please note any and all damage to the packaging or other faults on this form. Please also have the delivery person confirm all damages and other faults with the packaging.

Shipments are at the risk of the recipient against payment of transport costs. We immediately deduct the VAT included in the invoice for orders that are not shipped to EU member states.

You can find the shipping costs for your country in the following table (please contact us directly if your country is not on the list). International shipping costs for packages up to 31.5 kg:
